Performance characteristics
The bottle washing machine adopts a mechanical arm to clamp bottles, suitable for 1-20ml ampoules and 2-25ml penicillin bottles;
The bottle cleaning adopts a water vapor spray needle reciprocating tracking insertion method, which has good cleaning effect and saves energy. And equipped with a needle holder anti shake device to improve the accuracy of needle insertion into the bottle and reduce the occurrence of needle breakage;
The entire water and gas pipeline, as well as the spray needle, are completely separated for bottle washing, avoiding cross contamination and complying with GMP standards;
The needle guide of the bottle washing machine adopts an imported ceramic sleeve, which is not worn out;
The bottle washing machine uses an imported synchronous belt to transport ampoules, which is connected to a bottle shifting block for stable and reliable operation;
The oven adopts hot air circulation heating, with uniform temperature and energy saving;
The oven is equipped with high-efficiency self ignition function in the high temperature section to prevent power outages, ensuring safe operation;
The oven can be equipped with a circulating water cooling device to reduce the unstable air pressure and adjustable air consumption in the clean room;
The oven is equipped with imported differential pressure gauge, frequency converter control, etc. The system is sensitive and the performance is stable;
The oven is equipped with an automatic pressure balancing system to prevent airflow drift in the high-temperature section;
The production line is equipped with a three machine automatic control linkage device to ensure balanced and reliable production;
The sealing machine can fill ampoules and is suitable for filling penicillin bottles with stoppers or semi stoppers;
The filling machine has sufficient inflation stations to ensure one-time inflation, front and rear nitrogen filling, and filling with plugs or semi plugs;
The filling machine has the functions of no bottle stop filling and no bottle no plug;
The sealing machine can be equipped with a hundred level laminar flow hood, and users can also customize it themselves.
